DESCRIPTION:Hey Ladies and Gents\, \n\n\nMy name is Brooke Koenig\, and my husband is Andrew Koenig. We have 5 kids and our youngest are in 6th grade. Twins\, Lily and Levi.\nI was looking for some more opportunities for our middle school kids to have quality Christian friendships while growing in Christ.\nThis hangout is aimed to our 6th-8th grade kids 11-14yrs ish.\nWe will do a short to the point Bible Study. Then do something active like capture the flag or Gaga Ball or 9 Square.\nIt will be at our house: 741 Sherwick Terr\, 63021 from 630-930pm. SUMMARY:2026 Fall Camping Trip
DESCRIPTION:Fall 2026 Camping will be at Coles Creek Campground \nOn Lake Carlyle\, in Illinois \nSept 25-27th \nColes Creek Campground is situated on the eastern shore of Carlyle Lake\, a prime getaway for city-dwellers and families. Located 50 miles east of St. Louis and a few miles from the town of Carlyle\, the area offers the peaceful retreat of a small town combined with the grandeur of Illinois’ largest man-made lake. Since it’s next to a lake\, there may be more mosquitos than other camp trips. Please come prepared to ward off these evil creatures. \nEach campsite comes equipped with electric hookups and provides a picnic area with picnic table and fire pit. All sites are either directly on the shoreline or a short walk to the lake. There is a designated swimming beach with its own shower facility. \n\nRecreation\n\n\n\nColes Creek Campground provides fun both on the water and on shore. Boat ramps and courtesy docks are provided\, and the vast lake allows for plenty of water sports. Fishing is a popular pastime\, and the lake offers year-round varieties of fish such as bluegill\, crappie\, channel catfish\, flathead catfish\, white bass\, largemouth bass\, freshwater drum\, carp and walleye. There are multiple playgrounds on-site. A multi-use biking and walking trail is located a short drive away at the dam. \n\n\nPlease send payments to Brooke Koenig (314-606-2421 text or call to get address or form of payment) \nSpots will not be saved until payment is received. If you see a playground\, you are in the right spot! The Sanctuary is under construction so event will be held outside weather permitting. If it’s raining or way too hot\, we will crowd into the “Big Room”. \nIce Cream Social!  Come eat the creamy goodness and hang out for Summertime fun! \nUsed Book Sale!  Need some new curriculum? Before or after you eat some yummy Ice Cream\, browse through our books. (Need a table to sell your books from!? Sign up!) \nCraft Sale!  Last but not least!
